What is a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter?
FedEx Authorized ShipCenter locations allow you to enjoy the convenience of shipping via FedEx and the confidence of knowing professionals are handling your shipments. Compass Printing Plus can weigh, measure, and label your package for shipping via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground. We can also accept pre-labeled packages – such as product returns.
Click Here for details on the FedEx ShipCenter Services we offer.
Authorized ShipCenters DO NOT have any connection to the delivery of packages to your home or business or authority over local FedEx drivers. If you are expecting a package and have a question, you can track your package at fedex.com or call 1-800-GOFEDEX and ask for a representative who can help.
Authorized ShipCenters are NOT allowed to ship alcohol, firearms, hazardous or dangerous goods.
SHIP
Let Compass weigh, label and ship your package.
- Make sure to bring the recipient’s full address – including apartment or suite number.
- International packages must also have a recipient phone number.
- We do require a credit card for all international shipments to cover any future duties and fees collected in foreign countries.
- See the packaging section if you don’t have your item boxed for shipping.
DROP OFF
Already have a label, drop it off in-store.
- We are not allowed to accept QR Codes for shipping at Compass Printing. If you only have a barcode, please ask the provider for an actual shipping label.
- Make sure your label is for FedEx and not UPS or USPS. FedEx labels will typically have the letter “E”, “G” or “H” prominently displayed in a box on the label.
- Make sure your box is securely taped and your label adhered to the top.
- Make sure any old shipping labels are removed or obscured.
PACKAGING
We’re NOT a full service pack-and-ship store BUT we do have materials here so you can pack it yourself.

- Boxes are not provided for FedEx Ground, however you can buy various size boxes in-store.
- We also have bubble-wrap and packaging tape for sale.
- You’re welcome to package your item(s) in-store if you wish.
